While we’d love you to be there so we can answer any questions and give you the rundown on what we’re doing, it's not required. If you’re not home please bring your furry friends inside to keep them (and us!) safe.

Can you really get my grill looking like brand new?
The honest truth is that your grill may never look like it did when it came out of the factory. High heat can cause stainless steel to discolor. We can’t always turn back the clock on rust and corrosion. And plastics fade and deteriorate with heat and UV rays.
However, we’ll use ever trick and technique we know to get your grill looking great!
What else do I need to know?
We do need access to a hose and electrical outlet. Please let us know if a hose and outlet are NOT accessible and near the grill.
We do require a $25 deposit when booking to secure the appointment time. We have work, family obligations and youth sports to juggle so our schedules are very important. No worries if you need to cancel or reschedule. We get it, life happens! The deposit is fully refundable with 24 hours notice before your appointment. The more advance notice you can give us the better!
Prices listed are for typical jobs. 90% of the time it works out as shown. However, there may be additional costs depending on unusual factors such as extra large grills and additional components. We'll let you know before we get started if there will be any changes or additional costs.
The remaining balance (less the deposit) is due at the time of the service. We take payment by credit card only. Sorry, the driver doesn't carry any cash!
